We are open April-October, 7 Days Per Week from 8am-9:30pm. You can paddleboard in the dark!
In the case of an active thunderstorm, we will cancel/reschedule your reservation without penalty. Otherwise, you MUST give at least 72 hours notice of a cancellation. If notice comes in less than 72 hours before the start of your rental, we reserve the right to charge you up to the full rental rate. Our rentals are in high demand, and we often have to turn people away – so please do your best to honor your appointment.
We don’t want you to be unsafe on the water. We can cancel your rental, and you can either get a refund or a credit towards a future rental. If inclement weather starts during your rental, you must come back immediately (or seek the nearest safe shelter), and we’ll give you a refund/credit for missed time.
For any participants under 30 pounds, you will need to bring your own life jackets. For participants 30 pounds and over, we have life jackets for you.
No, you do not. Paddle boarding is meant to be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. You can check out our recommended instructional videos, and we’ll give you a walk-through on the water to get you a head start. We’ll make sure you are 100% completely comfortable out on the water.
We give you a dry bag and a waterproof cell phone case (touch-through, so you can take pictures and video on the water) to keep your belongings dry on the board, and our boards have a bungee system to secure belongings–so bring your cell phone, cooler of food & non-alcoholic drinks, and whatever you want. You are responsible for your items.
